Email [email protected]. If the details are sensitive, ask us for an encryption key first. We acknowledge reports promptly and keep you informed through resolution.
- 01What to include
- A clear description, the steps to reproduce, affected versions or endpoints, and any proof of concept. The more we can reproduce, the faster we resolve.
- 02What we ask
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure. Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data that is not yours.
- 03What you can expect
- Acknowledgment, an assessment, a remediation timeline, and credit where you would like it. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers.
