Privacy policy
Verillian makes software that customers run on their own infrastructure. Because of how the product is built, we do not collect or store the data that flows through it. That data stays on your systems, encrypted with your own key. This policy covers the limited personal information we do handle from people who visit our site, contact us, or do business with us.
Who this covers
This policy applies to visitors to verillian.ai and anyone who contacts us or fills out a form, and to personnel at our customers, prospects, partners, and vendors. It does not cover data processed inside a customer's own deployment. There, the customer is the controller, governed by the customer agreement, not this policy.
What we collect
Contact and business information you provide (name, work email, company, role, phone); your communications and support requests; customer and billing records (full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); and standard website-usage data such as IP address, browser or device, and pages viewed.
What we do not collect
Because the platform runs on customer infrastructure and encrypts content with the customer's key, we do not receive or store the prompts, responses, tool calls, or audit logs it processes; we have no access to customer encryption keys or decrypted content; and we never use customer or end-user content to train models.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries and support our products; to administer licenses, renewals, and billing; to send product, security-advisory, and permitted marketing communications (you can opt out at any time); to operate and secure our website; and to meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, professional advisors, and authorities where legally required, all under use-limiting contracts. The current service-provider list is available on request.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with access control, MFA, encryption, and least privilege. Our exposure is limited because we hold little personal data and none of our customers' product data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of marketing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email [email protected] to exercise any right.
Cookies and consent
The site loads Google Tag Manager and uses Google Consent Mode v2 to govern analytics and advertising cookies. Those non-essential cookies stay blocked for every visitor until you accept; nothing loads on a decline or before you choose. Use the banner to accept or decline. Your choice is stored on your device, takes effect immediately, and can be changed by clearing the site data in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working are always on.
